2. Automated Service Order Creation
Upon receiving a demand signal, the system auto-generates Service Orders (SOs) with the correct parameters — role requirements, timelines, billing codes — removing a major administrative bottleneck.
3. Candidate Shortlisting
AI scans the internal and external talent pool, matching candidates against the demand requirements using skills, experience, availability, and historical performance data.
4. Smart Candidate Recommendation
The system ranks and recommends the best-fit candidates to the hiring manager with explainable scoring — not just a list, but a rationale for why each candidate is the right match.
5. Autonomous Interview Conduct
AI-powered interview agents conduct structured screening interviews autonomously, evaluating technical and behavioral competencies without human interviewer involvement.
6. Customer Interview Preparation
Selected candidates are automatically prepped for customer-facing interviews — briefed on the client, the role, key expectations, and likely questions.
7. Approval-Based Allocation
Once a candidate clears the customer interview, the system routes allocation requests through the correct approval chains and allocates the consultant to the engagement.
8. Purchase Order Closure
